In 2003, he co-founded Next Day Staffing in Baltimore City, which grew into a $35 million enterprise within five years. He later launched Select Services in 2008, sold it profitably in 2009, and helped establish Community Staffing while simultaneously founding Employee Transport—a transportation service tailored to workforce mobility.

By 2016, Otniel ventured out independently to create Unique Staffing Professionals, continuing to operate Employee Transport. His companies have collectively generated over $10 million in revenue and have become pillars in Baltimore City and Prince George’s County.

Managing a fleet of 15 vans operating daily across Maryland and D.C.
Recruiting 1,200 workers for snow removal at the Ravens stadium during a historic 2009 snowfall, plus 400 more for the Redskins that same weekend
Receiving honors from Chimes for his team’s dedication and execution during NFL opening day

Over the years, Otniel has maintained daily staffing levels ranging from 50 to 600 workers, proving his unwavering commitment to operational excellence and community impact.
